Prince Mansion Paying Guest

We are located at 194 BTM Layout, right on Bajirao Road near the Meena Mazld. It’s a very active area, especially near Appa Balwand Chowk. The PG is basically a large house that we’ve converted to fit more people. We have rooms on a couple of floors. It’s mostly students and young guys working in tech who stay with us. The rooms have the basics: a bed, a small cupboard, and a place to hang your clothes. We provide water and electricity, though we tell everyone to be careful not to leave the lights on all day. The kitchen is busy in the mornings with everyone trying to get their tiffin boxes ready. We have a cook who comes in to make the daily meals. It's usually standard fare, like dal and rotis. The building isn't brand new, so the elevators can be a bit slow sometimes, but most people just take the stairs anyway. It’s a good spot if you want to be close to the main roads and the markets. We try to keep the place decent, but with so many people living together, there’s always something that needs fixing, like a leaky tap or a fused bulb. We live nearby so we can come over quickly if there’s a problem. It’s a bit crowded, but that’s BTM for you.
