Prime Events & Conferences

Our small office is located at Number 65, 4th C Block, on 9th Main Road in Koramangala. It is right in the heart of things, which makes it easy for us to get around, though the traffic on 9th Main can be a real pain sometimes. We handle events and conferences, mostly the behind-the-scenes stuff that people don't always think about. There are a lot of files and old banners tucked into the corners of our room. We aren't the type of company that has a big, shiny sign out front. We just have our name on the door. Most of our work happens out at the venues anyway, so the office is mainly for planning and making endless phone calls to vendors and clients. We've been doing this for a while now, so we have a good rhythm going. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just do what needs to be done to make sure an event actually happens. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck being late or a printer breaking, and we just deal with it as it comes. It's a practical job and we try to be realistic about what can be done. Koramangala is a busy place, and we fit right into the mix of all the other small offices and shops around here. We don't do much fancy lunch breaks, usually just eating at the desk while working.
