Our workshop, Prestige Interiors & All Kind Of Wood Furnitures, is tucked away in Hedge Nagar. We are at numbers 81 and 82 in R K Hedge Nagar, specifically the New Santhi Nagar part. If you are trying to find us, the best landmark is the police compound wall; we are right behind it. There is almost always the smell of cut wood and the sound of saws going when you walk by. We have been making things here for quite some time. It is a dusty place, full of planks and half-finished chairs or cabinets. We do not have a showroom with bright lights. It is just a workspace where we get our hands dirty. The neighborhood of New Santhi Nagar is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet except for our machines. Being behind the police compound makes it easy to give directions. We have a few guys who have been with us for years, just working with their hands. Sometimes we are out fitting furniture in people's houses, but usually, someone is at the shop. We do not use much technology, just the usual tools for wood. It is a basic way of doing things, but it works for us. We like the local feel of Hedge Nagar and knowing the people who live on our street.
