It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than being right on a main commercial street. Running Prestige Foods Inc out of an apartment complex has its pros and cons. It’s a nice environment, but we have to be careful not to make too much noise and bother the neighbors. We use the space for our administrative work and to keep track of our food supply chains. There are usually boxes of samples sitting near the door and the smell of whatever we are testing that week often drifts through the rooms. J.P.
