Prestige Computers

Our shop, Prestige Computers, is located at 1A Tasker Town in the Awalhalli Colony, just off Old Madras Road. It’s a handy spot for people in the neighborhood who have issues with their laptops or need a new part. We have been working from this small storefront for quite a while now. Inside, you’ll see shelves lined with monitors, keyboards, and tangled cables. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where the important stuff is kept. We spend a lot of time unscrewing cases and cleaning out dust from fans. Old Madras Road is always busy, so there is a constant hum of traffic outside our door. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the shop when we have several computers running at once for testing. We don't have a big staff, so when you come in, you’re usually talking to the same person who will be doing the work. We deal with software problems too, which can be a real headache and take up most of our afternoon. People bring in all sorts of machines, some very old and some brand new. We don't use a lot of technical jargon; we just try to explain what’s wrong in a way that makes sense. It’s a quiet life of fixing things and helping people stay connected. We have a small bench out front where we sit sometimes when it gets too stuffy inside.
