Our place is at RMV 2nd Stage Phase II in GIDC Vatva, number 199. It’s right in the middle of the industrial estate, so there is always the sound of machinery and heavy trucks going by. We don't have a fancy office. It’s more like a workshop with some desks tucked into the corner. There’s usually a bit of grease and dust on everything because of the work we do. We fix things and find solutions for mechanical problems that people bring to us. It’s very hands-on and practical. We don't wear suits or have any big meetings. We just get our hands dirty and try to figure out how to make things work again. Sometimes we have to wait a while for parts to come in, which can be a bit of a hassle. We’ve been in this spot for many years and we know most of the other people working in Vatva. We don't have a marketing person or any polished brochures. We just rely on the fact that people know we do honest work. The heat can get pretty bad in the afternoons, so we have a few big fans going all the time. It’s a noisy, busy environment, but it suits us just fine. We just keep track of everything in a big ledger and try to stay on top of the repairs. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do every day.
