Our location is at 329/2 Hoskote on L B S Marg. We are situated inside the S Pratap Singh Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of activity around us. You can hear machines running and forklifts moving in the nearby units. Our office is where we handle all the HR tasks. We see a lot of people coming in for interviews or to drop off their resumes. The desks are usually covered in folders and stacks of paper. It is a practical environment. We have a small area where people can sit and wait. The walls are a plain color and we have some old calendars hanging up. Hoskote is a bit of a drive for some, but it's where the work is. The road outside can get quite muddy when it rains. We usually have a pot of coffee going in the back room. The air feels different here compared to the city center. It’s more industrial and focused. We don't have any decorative plants or fancy furniture. Everything in the office is there because it is needed for work. We spend our hours matching people with jobs and making sure the records are kept straight. It is a steady pace of work. We know most of the other business owners in the estate and we occasionally chat near the main gate when we have a few minutes to spare.
