We've been over here in Nandini Layout for a while now. It's a quiet spot near the Ex Serviceman Colony. Dealing with hiring and staff stuff is what we do daily. People walk into our office on 1st A Cross asking about jobs or how to find good workers. It gets busy, especially with the paperwork. We mostly just talk to folks and see where they fit. My desk is usually covered in resumes. Finding the right person isn't always easy, but it's the work we chose. We keep things pretty simple here. No big fancy lobby or anything, just some chairs and computers. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up. Being in this neighborhood is nice because we know the local shops. It feels like a community. We try to help out businesses nearby when they need someone to handle their HR bits. It's mostly about making sure everyone is on the same page. We don't have a big corporate manual. Just common sense and trying to do right by the people who come through the door. If you're looking for us, we're the building right at number 22. It’s easy to find if you know the layout. Most days we are just buried in emails and calls. It’s a lot of matching names to roles. Some days are long, but that's just how the recruitment world goes. We've seen a lot of changes in the colony over the years and we just keep at it.
