We are located at No 79 2 on 8th Cross in Shankarappa Garden, which is West of Chord Road in Shukrawarpeth, Pune. Despite the long name of Pramod International Pvt Ltd, we’re actually a pretty small operation. The office is in a building that’s been around for a while. You have to walk through a bit of a narrow path to get to our entrance. Once you’re inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We don’t have those fancy open-plan offices you see on TV. It’s more partitioned and private. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. It’s a bit of a maze in here with all the stuff we’ve collected over the years. Shukrawarpeth is a lively part of Pune, and there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home to our families. It’s a regular workplace with regular people. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so much going on, there’s usually a bit of clutter. It feels like a real office where real work happens. We’ve been here a long time and we know the area like the back of our hand, even the back alleys.
