Pramanik Mobile Service Zones

Being on 3rd Cross in Indira Nagar means we see a lot of foot traffic every single day. Most people are in a hurry, usually holding a phone with a shattered screen or one that went for a swim in the sink. We opened this service zone because we saw how much people rely on these little gadgets. It is a small space, mostly taken up by the repair benches and a few chairs for people to wait. We deal with software glitches and hardware failures, often at the same time. The humidity sometimes makes the tools slip, but we've gotten used to the quirks of the shop. We don't use big words to explain what's wrong; we just show you the broken part and tell you if we can fix it. Usually, we can. Some days are slower, and we spend time organizing the drawers full of tiny screws and spare buttons. It’s hard to keep everything tidy when you're working on five different phones at once. We know the neighbors pretty well by now, and they know where to find us when their tech starts acting up. It is just a regular shop where we try to be useful to the folks living and working nearby. No magic, just some screwdrivers and patience. There is always someone coming in for something or other.
