Our shop is right on the Rujgepal Nagar Main Road in the Peenya Industrial Area. It’s a place where there is always a lot of dust and noise from the heavy trucks passing by. We handle a lot of the basic stuff people need for their phones. Whether it is a quick recharge or someone looking for a new SIM card, we are usually behind the counter from morning till late. The Peenya area is full of workers, so we see a lot of people coming in during their lunch breaks or after their shifts are done. It’s a small shop, not much room to move around when it’s busy, but we make it work. We have different types of cables and basic handsets hanging on the walls. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just fixing small software glitches or helping someone set up their email on a new device. It is not fancy at all. The fan on the ceiling hums all day and we keep a stash of water bottles in the corner for the staff. People stop by to ask for directions or just to chat while their phone is getting a quick fix. We’ve been at this location for some time now and know most of the regular faces who pass by every day. It’s a steady job, keeping people connected in this busy part of town. We don't use big words or have a polished showroom, just a counter and some stools for customers to sit on.
