A F F Mobile World

If you find yourself on H Siddaiah Road near the NTTF Cross, you’ll probably see A F F Mobile World. We are at number 13. It’s a busy corner, and there’s always someone honking their horn outside. The shop is filled with glass cases that show off the different phones and accessories we have. I spend a lot of time explaining how different features work to people who aren’t really sure what they need. It’s not a fancy job, but it keeps me busy. The light inside is a bit bright, but it helps when you’re trying to look at small parts inside a phone. I have a small toolbox under the counter for quick repairs. Sometimes a kid comes in wanting a specific phone case with a cartoon on it, and we have to dig through the boxes to find it. The walls are mostly white, but there are some smudges near the light switches. I don’t really mind. It shows that people are actually here. Every morning, I sweep the front step and watch the traffic start to build up. By noon, the heat starts to get into the shop, so I turn on the old wall fan. It makes a whirring sound that I don’t even hear anymore. People come and go, some in a hurry and some just wanting to look around because they have time to kill. It is a steady way to spend the day.
