A Razakh Telcom is our little business located at Vijaya Nagar 22. It’s a modest shop where we focus on phones and related services. We’ve been at this number 22 spot for quite some time. It isn't a large space, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. Usually, the counters are covered in parts or recharge cards. It’s a bit messy, but we know where every single thing is kept. Vijaya Nagar is a lively area, and we get all sorts of people walking in throughout the day. Some want a new phone, while others just need help with their settings. We don't use any corporate scripts when we talk to people. We just speak plainly and try to be helpful. It’s just a few of us here, and we’ve become friends with many of our regular customers over the years. The shop feels like a second home to us. We aren't trying to build an empire; we just want to help the local community. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just deal with it as it comes. That’s just part of life here. We like the independence of running our own place. If you’re ever around Vijaya Nagar 22, you’ll likely see one of us sitting out front or busy behind the glass counter. We have seen technology change so much over the years while staying right here.
