We’ve been here at Indiranagar 515 on Whitefield 13th Cross for a good while now. Most days it’s just us handling the crowd coming in for new SIM cards or asking why their data isn't working right. The shop isn't huge, but it fits what we need for the inventory. You’ll see a lot of phone cases hanging on the walls and some older models behind the glass that nobody really buys anymore. We spend a lot of time on the phone with providers trying to fix things for people who don't have the patience for it themselves. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. Sometimes the lights flicker when the weather gets bad, but we stay open as long as the shutters are up. We aren't doing anything fancy here. It's just a place to get your mobile stuff sorted without too much fuss. I usually sit near the door to catch a bit of a breeze. My nephew helps out on weekends when the college is closed. We know most of the neighbors by name now. If you need a recharge or just a screen guard, this is where we sit every day from ten till eight. The 13th cross can be tricky to find if you aren't from around here, but once you see the bright sign, you've found us. It's just a normal day-to-day business for us.
