Pragati Communications

Pragati Communications sits right on the Adugodi Koranangala Road. Our place is at number 2. It’s a very busy road with lots of buses and cars zooming past all day long. Because we are right at the start of the road, it is easy for people to stop by. We handle a lot of different things related to communication and basic office needs. The shop is small and can get a bit stuffy when there are more than three people inside. We have a couple of old fans that make a lot of noise, but they keep the air moving. Our desk is usually covered with papers and pens. We don't have a fancy setup. It’s just a counter and some shelves. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about their bills or connection issues. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, which can be annoying. We’ve seen the road change a lot over the years, with more buildings coming up. But we stay right here at number 2. We don’t have a big staff, usually just one or two of us. We take turns going for tea at the shop next door. It’s a plain, everyday job. We just try to help out whoever walks in. It’s a noisy spot but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
