Pragathi Computers

Pragathi Computers is located inside SPA Plaza on OTC Road. We are on the ground floor, occupying Units 48 to 51. Being on the ground floor is convenient because people can just walk right in from the street. SPA Plaza is a known spot on OTC Road, so we get a decent amount of foot traffic. Our space is pretty utilitarian. We have computers, parts, and tools all over the place. It’s a workspace first and foremost. We handle various computer-related things here. It can get a little messy when we have a lot of repairs or new setups going on at once. We don't have a big corporate team or anyone to make the place look like a showroom. It’s just us working on machines. The lighting is bright so we can see what we are doing with the small parts. We’ve been in these units for a while now. OTC Road is always busy, and there’s always something going on outside our door. We just stay focused on the tech stuff. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or anything. If someone needs computer help, they usually find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign at SPA Plaza. It’s a straightforward business and we like keeping it that way. We just keep our tools ready and handle whatever comes through the door.
