We have been here at No.7 for a while now. We are on the 4th Cross in Maruthi Extension. You probably know where Vinayaka Circle is, we are quite close to that spot in Vyalikaval. It’s just a small place where we do hair. Most mornings I get here early to sweep up and get the chairs ready for whoever comes in first. The neighborhood is mostly quiet until the schools and offices start up. We see a lot of the same faces every week. People from around the 4th cross just walk over when they need a trim. It isn't a fancy place with big signs, but it works for us and the people who live around here. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on Saturdays, especially when everyone wants to look decent for the weekend. We have been in Vyalikaval for a bit and we like it here. There is always someone stopping by to chat even if they don't need their hair done right then. That is just how it is in this part of Bangalore. We keep the mirrors clean and the scissors sharp. It’s a simple job but it keeps us busy. If you are near the circle, you might have seen our shop. We don’t do anything too complicated, just regular styling for the local guys. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full speed. Most of our customers have been coming here for years now and we know them well.
