S P Road is always busy, and we are right here in the Balaji Complex on the ground floor. If you know this area, you know how crowded it gets with people looking for cables, monitors, and parts. We have been at No. 91/27 for quite some time now. Most days it is just us sitting among stacks of hardware and components. It's a small space, but it works for what we do. People come in looking for specific things for their PCs or just need something fixed. We don't really do anything fancy here. It's mostly about getting the job done so people can get back to their work. The ground floor location helps because people don't have to climb stairs when they are carrying heavy CPUs or boxes. Sometimes the noise from the street is a lot, but that is just how S P Road is. We keep our shop open throughout the day, and there is usually someone here to talk to if you have a question about a motherboard or a printer issue. It's just a regular shop in a very busy building. We know many of the other shopkeepers around here too. It is a tight-knit community in Balaji Complex even if it looks chaotic from the outside. We just stay focused on the computers and the people who bring them in for help. It’s a lot of work but we like it.
