P.M.I.E.S.Pacements

We are located at 1/54 on the first floor of Radha Tower. Our building is at the intersection of 10th Across and 16th Main in BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bangalore. If you’ve spent any time in BTM, you know how busy it is with all the students and job seekers. We handle placements, so our office is always full of resumes and application forms. Radha Tower is a bit of an older building, and we have been on the first floor for a good while now. It’s not a huge office, just a few rooms where we interview people and talk to companies. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a security guard at the desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It can get pretty hectic when a lot of people show up at once, especially in the mornings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing on the computers. The traffic outside in BTM is always a bit of a nightmare, so we try to get here early before it gets too bad. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to help people find work. We don't have any polished slogans or marketing brochures. We just look at the jobs available and see who might fit. It’s a straightforward process without any extra fluff or corporate nonsense. We sometimes have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. It’s a small office, but it’s busy. We don’t have much time for small talk, but we try to be friendly enough to everyone who comes through the door looking for a job.
