If you head over to Kumarswamy Layout near the Dandekar Pool Chowk, you will find us at number 1323. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of dust and noise coming from the street. We’ve been working out of this shop for a long time now. The shelves are packed with all sorts of parts and tools, and honestly, it’s a bit of a mess, but we know exactly where everything is. Most of the day is spent hunched over a workbench with a soldering iron or a screwdriver. It can be hard on the eyes, especially when the light in the back isn't great. We don't have a receptionist or anyone to answer the phones, so if we’re busy working on a project, we might not hear you come in right away. You just have to shout a bit. We don't do any big promotions or sales. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby and saw our sign. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us doing repairs and trying to fix things that people thought were broken for good. We have a small kettle in the corner for tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get the job done right so the customer can go home. We work until the sun goes down and the street gets quiet.
