If you are walking down 3rd Main Road in Jalahalli West, you will find Planet Mobiles at number 36. We have been here for a bit now, just handling the usual mobile phone stuff. It is a straightforward shop. We sell new phones, but a lot of what we do is just helping people figure out why their device isn’t charging or why the volume button is stuck. Jalahalli West is a nice area, and quite a few regulars stop by just to chat or ask about the latest models coming out. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just us working the counter and trying to keep up with all the new technology that comes out every week. Sometimes it feels like as soon as you learn one phone, three more are released. We keep a good stock of accessories like cables and covers because everyone always needs those. The shop is not huge, but we make the most of the space at 3rd Main Road. We open up early and usually stay until the street gets quiet at night. It is honest work. We do not use big words or try to push things on people they do not really need. If your phone is fine, we will tell you. If it needs a part, we find it. Being at number 36 has been good for us so far and we know the neighbors well. (253 words)
