Pivotal Recuritment Company

Pivotal Recuritment Company is based at 40 Domlur, on Level 3. We are located on Park Road in Tasker Town. It’s a central enough spot, though parking can be a real headache if you arrive after ten in the morning. Level 3 is where we do all our interviews and meetings. The office isn't massive, but we’ve made it work for us. Domlur is a busy part of the city, especially with all the offices and the flyover nearby. We see a lot of people coming in looking for work or trying to fill positions. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and looking at computer screens all day. Park Road has some nice trees, which is a bit of a relief from the concrete. We aren't one of those high-pressure firms you see on TV. We just try to match people with what is available. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. Tasker Town has a mix of old houses and new offices, and we’re right in the thick of it. We keep things pretty simple here. No big flashy logos or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and a lot of resumes. We’ve been here at number 40 for a bit now and it suits us just fine for what we do. It is just a regular office life for us, trying to stay organized.
