Pipal Tree

You’ll find Pipal Tree over by the Lalbagh West Gate, at 21 Vishveshwaraiah Puram. We’re really close to Jain College, so there are always students hanging around the area, especially during lunch breaks. VV Puram is famous for the food, but we’re just here doing our thing day in and day out. The building isn’t brand new, but it has some character. Being near the park is the best part, honestly. You get a bit of a breeze in the mornings before the sun gets too hot. Our space is usually filled with the sound of the city outside—horns, people shouting, and the general bustle of the market area. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules here. We just show up and get to work. Whether we’re dealing with people coming in from the college or locals who have lived in Basavanagudi forever, it’s always interesting. The shop or office—whatever you want to call it—is pretty simple. We have the basics, some desks, and enough chairs for whoever stops by. It gets dusty because of the road, so we’re always wiping things down. We don’t do big presentations or anything like that. We just talk to people like normal human beings and try to be helpful. It’s a busy life, but being in this part of Bangalore makes it feel like we're part of something real. We just try to keep things moving along nicely.
