Pioneer HR Services

Pioneer HR Services is located over in Richmond Town on Vastral Road, number 14/1. We’ve been in this office for a while now and it’s a decent place to work from. Our day mostly consists of looking through resumes and talking to people about what kind of jobs they are looking for. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making phone calls, which can be tiring but it’s what we do. We help various businesses find the right staff without all the usual headache that comes with it. Richmond Town is a nice area, though parking can be a real pain if you aren't careful. We keep our operations pretty basic here. No big marketing budgets or anything like that, just some computers and a few desks. We see a lot of young people coming in looking for their first start and also older folks trying to change careers. It’s interesting to hear everyone’s story. We don't claim to have some secret formula for success. We just look at the requirements and try to find a match that isn't going to fall apart in a week. Sometimes it works out great and sometimes it takes a few tries. That’s just the nature of dealing with people. We just keep at it every day from our little spot on Vastral Road and hope for the best. It’s just us trying to make the hiring process a bit easier for everyone.
