Picklodia

We've been here in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar for a bit now. Picklodia started because we just really liked the process of making things ourselves without all the fuss of a big factory. It’s a small place at Pimple Gurav 14 1. Most mornings start with us checking the jars and making sure everything looks right for the day. It gets pretty busy around here, especially with the local traffic and people walking by. We don't have a big team or anything like that. Just a few of us who know how the kitchen works. Sometimes it’s a bit of a mess with all the ingredients spread out on the counters, but we manage to get things sorted by the end of the day. People sometimes ask why we picked this spot. Honestly, it was just available and it felt right for what we wanted to do. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks who walk in. It’s not fancy. There are boxes stacked in the corner and the fan makes a weird clicking noise sometimes. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with suppliers takes up half the afternoon. Then there’s the cleaning, which nobody likes but has to happen. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town. Just want to keep the doors open and do the work. It’s funny how much time goes into just one jar. You wouldn't think it takes that long, but it does. Anyway, that’s basically us. Just working away in this little corner of the neighborhood, trying to get things done.
