Phikon Biotech Pvt Ltd is based in Girinagar, specifically in the 2nd Phase. Our address is 698 on the 1st C Main, right near 11th Cross. Girinagar is one of those quieter parts of Bangalore that still feels like the old city in some ways. We have a modest setup here. It’s not a huge lab like you might see in movies, but it is where we do all our real work. We spend a lot of time looking at details and making sure everything is handled correctly. The office is a bit of a walk from the main bus stand, but the neighborhood is pleasant enough with plenty of trees. We keep a pretty regular schedule from Monday to Saturday. The staff here are mostly local people who live not too far away. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours; we prefer to just get on with the tasks at hand. You’ll find a lot of scientific equipment and stacks of reports if you walk inside. It can be a bit quiet in the office during the middle of the day when everyone is focused. We’ve been at this 11th Cross location for a while and have settled into a nice rhythm. There is no corporate ladder here, just a few of us trying to make things work properly. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living in a nice part of town.
