Personnel Solutions

You can find Personnel Solutions over at the Vishwanath Building. We are on the 3rd floor, at number 11. It’s right near the Hoskarehalli Cross in BSK 3rd Stage. Being on the 9th Main means there is always something going on outside. The building is older, but it works for what we need. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the office. It’s mostly just us working through piles of paperwork and making calls. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it, but we do it every day. We started here because the location was convenient for the local area. Banashankari is a nice place to work. It feels more like a community than a business district. We know the people in the other offices in the building. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our bit and help people out when they come in looking for things. The office has big windows, so we get some good light in the afternoon. It gets a little hot in the summer, but we have some fans. It is a very down-to-earth place. No one wears suits unless they really have to. We just focus on the work and try to stay organized. That is basically us in a nutshell.
