We are over in Vidyaranyapura, specifically at number 987 on the 3rd Cross in HMT Layout. It’s a bit of a quieter part of Bangalore compared to the city center, which we actually quite like. Peoplesource Consulting is just a small group of us who handle various consulting and hiring tasks. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and the office has a very lived-in feel to it. There’s no big corporate lobby or glass partitions here. We just have our desks, our files, and a lot of work to get through. Most of our day involves talking to people about their careers or helping companies find someone to join their team. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes, really. We try to keep things down-to-earth and don't use a lot of fancy business words. We just want to help people figure out their next step in a way that makes sense. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we just deal with it and move on. The neighborhood is nice and we often see the same people walking their dogs or going to the shops while we're heading in. It’s a simple, local business where we just show up and do our jobs. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep; we just work through the tasks on our desks and try to be as helpful as possible to anyone who calls or visits our little corner of the city.
