People Source Consulting is based in Sector-1 of HSR Layout in Bangalore. Our office is at 701, on the 12th Cross and 27th Main. If you know HSR, you know the traffic around 27th Main can be a real headache, especially in the evenings. We spend our days here talking to people about their careers and looking through endless lists of job requirements. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks. The office has a pretty relaxed feel, nothing too stiff. We have some plants that we try to keep alive and a lot of empty coffee mugs. Most of the time, we’re just trying to match the right person with the right role without making things too complicated. We aren't trying to be some massive global firm; we just focus on the people who come to us. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just take a break for tea. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we like the neighborhood. There are good places to eat nearby, which helps during the long afternoons. It’s just a group of us working hard to keep things moving. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just help find people for jobs and jobs for people, and that keeps us plenty busy from Monday to Friday. It is a very normal office life for us.
