People Point

We are based in Chamrajpet at Gadital 37/1. Our day is spent talking to people looking for work and companies that need an extra hand. It’s a simple office setup. Desks, chairs, and a lot of files in metal cabinets. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just try to connect people who need a job with the places that are hiring. It involves a lot of reading through applications and making phone calls. Some days it’s very quiet and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We’ve been in Chamrajpet for a good while and know the local businesses around here pretty well. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People just hear about us and stop by with their resumes in their hands. We try to be straight with everyone about what’s available. It’s not always easy because the job market changes all the time and sometimes there aren't enough roles for everyone who asks. But we stay at it. We keep our records in order and try to remember the faces that come through the door. It’s just us doing the basic work of a small staffing agency in a busy neighborhood. We usually have the windows open to catch a breeze, and you can hear the street noise all day. We just keep going through the stack of papers until the end of the day.
