People First Staffing Solution

Our office, People First Staffing Solution, is based at Malleshwaram Chandigarh G P O 41307. The address is a bit of a long one to write down, but we’ve been here for a while now. We focus on staffing, which basically means we spend our days trying to find people who need jobs and businesses that need workers. It’s a lot of talking. We interview folks from all walks of life, and every person has a different story about why they’re looking for work. We try to be fair and listen to everyone who comes through. It’s not a perfect system because people can be unpredictable, but we do our best with what we have. The office is usually full of papers and half-empty tea cups because we’re always in the middle of something. We don’t have a corporate handbook or a bunch of rules about how to talk to people. We just talk like normal humans. Some days we find a great match and everyone is happy, and other days it’s just a lot of filing and no results. That’s just the nature of the business. We like being in this area; it’s got a good energy and plenty of people around. We aren't trying to be the biggest staffing agency out there. We just want to be the one that actually pays attention to the real people who walk in the door looking for help.
