People Equity Hr Consulting is based in the KHB Colony in Koramangala 5th Block. Specifically, we are at H. No. 308 on the 3rd Cross, near 17th C Main. This area is famous for being a hub of activity, but our street is actually somewhat tucked away from the main noise. We do HR work here, which mostly means we talk to people all day long. Some days are filled with candidates coming in for chats, and other days we are just buried in paperwork. The office itself is pretty simple. We have got some old desks and the air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps us cool enough. Koramangala has become very expensive and crowded over the years, yet we have managed to stay in this spot for a good while. We like being close to all the cafes, even if we usually just bring our lunch from home and eat together at the big table. There is no corporate ladder here or fancy titles that do not mean anything. We are just a group of people who understand how hard it is for companies to find the right staff. We take things as they come and try to stay organized. It is not always easy, especially when the internet goes down, but it is the work we know how to do. We just keep pushing forward day by day.
