At People 4 People Consultants, we work out of a space at Kammanahalli 200. It’s a pretty straightforward setup for us. We have a few rooms where we talk to people and some desks for the rest of the staff. The name of the business pretty much says what we do—we deal with people all day long. We’ve been in Kammanahalli for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Our office isn't one of those modern glass boxes you see downtown. It feels more like a home that’s been turned into a workspace, which we actually like. It makes it easier for people to feel comfortable when they come in to talk to us about things. We don't use a lot of corporate talk or complicated processes. We just listen to what people need and see if we can help them out. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group trying to make things work for the folks who visit us at number 200. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee bar. If you want water, there’s a dispenser in the corner. We just focus on the people who walk through our door and try to give them our time without rushing. It’s a simple way to run a business.
