Penta Communication is a small shop over in Nandini Layout, at number 17. We’ve been here for several years now, serving the local neighborhood. Most of what we do involves phones, internet connections, and general communication stuff. It’s a pretty simple setup. We have some shelves with various electronics and a desk where we handle the paperwork and customer queries. Nandini Layout is a residential spot, so we see a lot of families and older people who need help with their devices. We aren't tech geniuses, but we know enough to get things working again when they glitch out. Some days we spend more time talking to people than actually fixing things. It’s nice to be part of the community. We know which neighbors have kids away at college and who needs a new router every time it rains. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a regular storefront with a few signs in the window. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. If we can't fix something, we say so. We don't charge people for things they don't need. It’s a small business, and we like it that way. Usually, it's just one or two of us here from morning until we close up for dinner. We have a small stool for customers to sit on while they wait for their bills to be processed. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but we have a fan.
