Our office is located at 451, on the 18th Main Road in Jayanagar’s 4th T Block. It’s one of those parts of Bangalore that still has a bit of the old charm, with nice wide roads and lots of greenery. We’re Peepal Technology & Management Consulting, but we don't act like a big, stiff consulting firm. Our space is pretty laid back. We have some desks, a whiteboard that’s always covered in scribbles, and a small pantry where we make our own coffee. It’s a quiet building, which helps when we need to concentrate on the management stuff we do. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We’ve been working from this Jayanagar spot for a while now and we really like the atmosphere. There are plenty of places nearby to get a quick snack or a meal. We don't use a lot of business jargon because we think it’s better to just speak plainly. Our team is small, so we all pitch in with everything, whether it’s answering the phone or filing paperwork. We don’t have fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few photos. It’s a practical, honest way to run a consulting business. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized without making things too complicated.
