Empress Kitchens

Started on Andrahalli Main Road. It's busy here. 346 is the number. Hegganahalli is always moving. We spend all day at Peenya 2nd Stage. It gets loud with the traffic. The shop isn't huge but we stay busy. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside. We just clean it up and keep going. Usually, someone is here by eight. If you come by Empress Kitchens, you'll see us working on things. My cousin helps out sometimes. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It’s easy to find if you know the main road well enough. There’s a tea stall nearby that makes good snacks. That’s where we go when we need a break from the noise. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun but people still find us. We don’t do fancy ads or anything like that. People just know where we are in Peenya. It’s a practical place. We have tools laying around and sawdust on the floor most days. It’s just how it is when you’re actually making things instead of sitting in a clean office. The neighbors are alright too. We all kind of look out for each other on this stretch of the road. If the rain comes heavy, we have to move some stuff back from the door. It’s just a normal day for us here at 346. It is a bit cramped, but we make it work.
