It's just a regular place for guys looking for a spot to stay without spending too much money. We try to keep the rules simple so everyone gets along. It can be a lot of work maintaining the property day after day, but we've gotten used to the routine. If you walk past number 263, you'll likely see us near the entrance or checking on things in the common area. We are just regular people helping others find a room.
