Paying Guest Accommodations

We run these Paying Guest Accommodations over in Banashankari 2nd Stage. Specifically, the building is number 2784 in Shakar Nagar. It’s a pretty easy spot to find because Indira Nursing Home is right nearby, which is a big landmark for anyone in this part of town. I started this because I had the space and saw a lot of people looking for a decent place to stay without all the fuss of a big apartment complex. We keep things pretty simple here. The rooms are just standard rooms with what you need to sleep and keep your stuff. I’m usually around the building making sure the water is working and the common areas aren't getting too messy. It’s not a hotel, so don't expect a lobby with someone waiting behind a desk all night. It’s more like a shared home where everyone mostly looks after themselves. We get a lot of younger folks and people working nearby who just need a reliable place to crash for a while. The neighborhood is okay, mostly families and other small businesses, so it stays fairly quiet at night. I try to keep the rent fair so people can actually afford to live here while they work or study. There’s a small grocery shop just down the street which helps too. It’s just a plain, functional place for people needing a room without any of the extra drama.
