Our place is on the first floor, at number 610. We are located on the 2nd Cross in Mahalakshmi Layout, right across from the public swimming pool. It’s a pretty good spot because everyone knows where the pool is. You can often hear the noise of people swimming and having a good time while we are working. Our office is just a simple, lived-in space. It’s not one of those modern, glass-walled offices you see in the newer parts of the city. We have some old desks, a few chairs that have seen a lot of use, and stacks of files everywhere. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. The building is older, and the stairs can be a bit steep, but we don’t mind. We’ve been here for a while now and we like the neighborhood. There are some small cafes and shops nearby where we go for our breaks. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We don’t go in for any fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just sit down, figure out what needs to be done, and get to it. It’s a quiet, straightforward way to work. We like the fact that it’s an honest place without any unnecessary polish. It suits the way we do things. We just keep moving forward, one day at a time, in our little corner of the layout.
