Pavis Food

Pavis Food is located in Konapana Agrahara, right off the Hosur Road in Electronic City. It is a very industrial part of the city, surrounded by factories and large office buildings. Our place is a simple structure that focuses entirely on the work at hand. We do not have air conditioning or soft chairs. It is a functional space with a large kitchen area and a simple counter for transactions. The noise from the Hosur Road is a constant background hum, but we have stopped noticing it after all these years. We start our day very early in the morning to get everything prepped. It is physical work that requires a lot of standing and moving around. We do not have a big corporate structure or a human resources department. If there is a problem, we just talk it out and find a solution. Our customers are mostly people who work in the area and need something reliable. We do not have a menu with hundreds of items. We just stick to what we know how to make well. Sometimes we run out of supplies because the delivery truck got stuck in traffic, and we just have to make do with what we have. It is a very practical way of living. We are not trying to change the world. We are just providing something useful for the people in this corner of Electronic City.
