Working out of T Dasarahalli has its ups and downs, but it's where we’ve set up Pavan Lakshmi Enterprises. Our place is tucked away at Kala Ghoda 17/3A. If you’re looking for us, look for the blue door near the main intersection. We handle a lot of general trading and supply stuff. It’s the kind of work where you’re always on the phone or checking invoices. The office isn't very big, so we mostly keep the essential stock near the front and the rest in the back room. My cousin helps out with the deliveries when it gets busy. Some days we have people dropping in just to ask questions about prices or to see what’s available this week. We don't really do much advertising; mostly people just know we’re here in the neighborhood. The heat in the afternoon can be a bit much since our fan is old, but we get through it. T Dasarahalli is always noisy with the traffic from the main road, but inside the shop, it’s mostly just the sound of the radio and us talking. We deal with a lot of local vendors and some regulars who have been coming to us for years. It’s a straightforward business. We buy things, we sell things, and we try to make sure everyone gets what they paid for without too much fuss. It keeps us busy from nine till about seven in the evening most days.
