Patil Vegetarian

Patil Vegetarian has been sitting here in Govindapalya Sector 22 for a good while now. We keep things pretty straightforward with the menu because that’s what people around here usually want. It’s all veg, nothing fancy, just the kind of food you’d eat at home if you had the time to cook it yourself. The chairs are those basic ones that are easy to wipe down, and the tables are close together. I usually get here early to make sure everything is ready before the breakfast crowd starts coming in. Sector 22 gets quite busy with people heading to work, so the mornings are always a bit of a rush for us. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that, just me and a couple of others in the kitchen. Sometimes we run out of certain items by late afternoon if it’s been a particularly heavy lunch hour. That’s just how it goes sometimes. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the kitchen stays clean and the food goes out fast. It’s a neighborhood spot where you can just sit down and eat without having to worry about how you’re dressed. Most of our customers live just a few streets away, so it feels like a small community inside the shop. We just focus on keeping the pots full and the customers fed every single day. Usually, we are out of here by nine.
