Patil Vegetarian

Patil Vegetarian is a small eating house located near Jalahalli Cross on Subrato Mukherjee Road. We are in the Dasarahalli area, which stays quite active because of the nearby junctions. Our place is simple and we mostly focus on serving hot vegetarian meals to the working crowd around here. It isn’t the kind of place where you sit for hours. People usually come in, eat their meal, and head back to work or catch a bus. The kitchen is small, so we have to be very organized to make sure the food comes out on time. We wake up early to start the prep work. The morning air around Jalahalli is usually nice before the traffic starts. We’ve been at this spot for some time now and we know the rhythms of the street. It’s a lot of washing dishes, chopping vegetables, and keeping the floors clean. We don’t use any complicated recipes, just the usual stuff people like to eat every day. Sometimes we run out of certain items by late afternoon if it’s been a busy day. We don’t have any fancy waiters, just a few of us helping out. It’s a practical business and we try to keep things moving. The address is pretty easy to find if you are walking down Subrato Mukherjee Road. We just keep our heads down and get the cooking done for the local people.
