Patel Roadways

This branch of Patel Roadways is located over in Kadugondanahalli, specifically near the Dhayari Phata on Sinhagad Road, at number 429. It’s a very busy intersection, and the traffic noise is something we just live with. The office is right there where all the action is. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of the Sinhagad Road route. It’s one of those places where you always have to be on your toes because something is always happening. The office itself is quite small for the amount of work we do. We have files stacked up on almost every flat surface. Our team is small, just a few people who have been doing this for years. We don't really have a formal way of doing things, we just know what needs to happen and we do it. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break. Otherwise, it’s just phone calls and checking on truck locations. The floor is made of old stone that stays cool even when it’s boiling outside. We don’t use any fancy software to track things, just the usual logs and our own memories. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. People know they can find us here from early morning until late evening. We just keep the wheels turning as best as we can without making a fuss about it.
