People usually find us right here on Hosur Road near Roopana Agrahar. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of all the trucks moving in and out all day. We started Patel Roadways Limited because we knew this area needed someone who just gets the work done without a lot of fuss. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we keep the logs and talk to the drivers when they come back from a long trip. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's a lot of shouting and tea drinking going on while we figure out which load goes where. We’ve seen the road change quite a bit over the years. The traffic is definitely worse now, but the work stays the same. We handle the paperwork, make sure the trucks are fueled up, and try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a lot of long hours, sometimes staying late into the night when a delivery is running behind. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here on Hosur Road. We know the routes well and we know the people who use them. If a truck breaks down, we deal with it. If a client calls about a delay, we tell them the truth about what’s happening on the road. That’s just how we operate. It's practical work for people who need things moved from one place to another without any hidden surprises.
