Patel D Karegowda is located over in Vijaya Nagar, specifically at Subbanna Garden. We are tucked away on 5th A Cross at number 23. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s usually quite peaceful around here. Most people who live nearby know the building. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good length of time. The garden area makes the walk to work nice in the mornings. We don't really do big advertising or anything like that. Most folks just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials needed to get the job done. It’s a family-run sort of feel even though we are professional. We spend our mornings sorting through tasks and making sure everything is in order. 5th A Cross can be a bit narrow, so parking is sometimes a bit of a puzzle. But we make it work. Subbanna Garden is a nice landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We enjoy being part of the Vijaya Nagar community. It has changed a lot since we first set up shop at house number 23, but the core of what we do stays the same. We just focus on the work at hand and try to be helpful when people walk through the door. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We take things as they come and try to keep a steady pace throughout the week. Sometimes we forget to turn the sign over to closed, but neighbors usually just knock anyway.
