Parisara Engineers & Builders

Our office is located at 16 Malleshwaram Shambala, which is pretty close to Vyalikaval. It’s one of those older parts of the city where the trees are big and the roads are narrow. Parisara Engineers & Builders is a small team. We spend most of our time out on various building sites, but this is where we come to handle the planning and the bills. The office is usually a bit messy with rolls of blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks scattered around. We’ve been doing this for years, so we’ve seen how the neighborhood has changed around us. Building things is hard work and it’s rarely perfect. There are always delays with materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we just keep pushing through. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done with pencils and measuring tapes. It’s a very hands-on way of working. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to ask a quick question about a wall or a leak. We try to give them a straight answer without any of the corporate talk. It’s just us here, no big marketing department or polished sales pitches. We like the smell of sawdust and the sound of a level hitting a brick. If you’re looking for someone to help with a project, you’ll likely find us here drinking tea and looking over some new sketches.
