We are based out of Krishnarajpuram 1. It’s a decent area, though the road can get quite dusty when there is construction nearby. We handle a lot of different supplies here. The building isn't very new, but it serves us well enough for what we do. I usually get here around nine in the morning to open up the shutters. There’s always some paperwork to catch up on before the first customers show up. We don't really have a big staff, just me and two other guys who handle the inventory and the local deliveries. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking with vendors. The shelves are filled with all sorts of things, mostly items for other businesses in the district. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We have a small desk in the corner where we keep the ledger. Everything is written down by hand usually. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the road. It helps during the long afternoons. We don't do much advertising. People mostly find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming here for a long time. It’s a simple operation and we like keeping it that way. No need for anything complicated. Just working through the week and taking Sunday off to rest and spend time with family.
