Paramount Toolings

Paramount Toolings sits at B 25 Viswaneedam in the Pani Gate area of Vadodara. It’s a proper industrial setting where you expect to see some grease and metal shavings. The building itself is sturdy and has been here for a good while. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the smell of oil and the hum of the machines. We don't have a reception desk with a bowl of mints; it’s more of a place where you walk straight onto the floor to find someone. The desks in the corner are usually covered in blueprints and technical drawings. We take our lunch breaks together most days, usually just sitting on the stools or heading out to one of the local carts nearby. Vadodara heat can get pretty intense, so the fans are always spinning at full speed during the summer months. It’s a hard-working environment where we focus on the task at hand. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because the work is what matters most to us. The Pani Gate area is always bustling with trucks and deliveries, so there’s a constant energy around the place. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of this part of town. It’s just a regular shop where we show up, do the work, and head home when the sun starts to go down.
