Our company, Paragon Metalex Pvt Ltd, is over at B 233 on Peenya Vip Road. If you know Bangalore, you know that Peenya is where all the heavy work happens. It’s a massive industrial area and Vip Road is one of those stretches where you see a lot of activity. We’ve been in this building for a long time now. It’s a solid place, made for heavy metal work. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that because we spend most of our time out where the actual work happens. The guys on the floor are the ones who really keep the place going. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, especially with the machines running, but we just get on with it. We’ve had to deal with the usual problems of being in an industrial zone, like the traffic jams on the main roads and the occasional issues with the grid. But we like it here. There’s a sense of community among the different shops on this road. We all know each other and sometimes help each other out with tools or advice. Our work involves a lot of precision and a lot of heavy lifting. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We aren't trying to be something we’re not. We just show up every morning at B 233, open the shutters, and start the day. It’s been that way for years and we don't see it changing much.
